1) Eat more raw fruits and vegetables
Since your body must burn far more calories in order to break down the raw fruits and vegetables that you consume, you would lose weight quicker each time you enjoy a plateful of raw fruits and veggies. Try eating them twice a day and see how the pounds start falling.
2) Drink Green Tea
Studies have shown that you may burn over 35 percent more fat during the day by simply drinking 3 to 5 cups of green tea.
3) Consume more fiber
Increasing your daily fiber intake to your diet is one of the easiest and fastest ways for losing weight. Fiber also prevents you from over eating since it makes you feel full.
4) Do an hour of workout in the morning
As soon as you get up, work out for one hour. Studies have shown that working out in the morning can burn up to 3 times more fat than when working out at other times of the day.
5) Eat between 1500 to 2000 calories daily
By just restricting your diet to 1500 to 2000 calories daily, you are losing 1-2 pounds a week without even realizing it.
6) Use baby sized utensils
Use smaller plates, bowls, and baby sized forks and spoons. This change would force you to eat less. Taking smaller bites would make your meal last longer.
7) Avoid all soda drinks
Regular sodas can cause you to easily gain weight since they contain a ton of sugar. Instead, drink water.
